About The Journey
Welcome to The Journey, Health & Wellness storytelling podcast series. We are all on our unique journeys to health and wellness, but we share one common thread: everyone needs to feel a sense of belonging and purpose to thrive. By sharing personal health & wellness stories, we hope to add a voice to inspire others to take the journey with them and empower you to live a balanced and fulfilling life. Join us as we explore the latest trends in holistic wellness, mindfulness, nutrition, and mental health.
Community Engagement
We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive community where individuals can share their wellness journey, seek advice, and connect with like-minded individuals. Through our podcast, we aim to foster a sense of belonging and encourage open discussions on various wellness topics.

Harry O'Bynre
Radio & Podcast Host
Harry is a believer that wellness is a holistic practice for body, mind, and soul. He has worked in the medical device industry for over 5 years and, most recently, earned his RYT 200 certification through the Be More Konnected (BMK) school. Having found his way to the mat following the stresses of life in the COVID-19 pandemic, job loss, and the loss of his father, Harry seeks to create space for healing and greater self-awareness through his teachings. "For me, yoga has been one of the tools to embrace my whole self. I've always been active but I felt like something was missing in just working out. Years ago, I felt like I was working through a lot of negative emotions and realized it wouldn't be a sustainable or healthy motivator. Not only has yoga helped me acknowledge my emotional being more, but it's also helped me connect with an amazing community and has opened a plethora of experiences in my life. I'm beyond grateful that I'm able to give back to the community that's given so much to me." Harry currently leads classes and a monthly yoga nidra meditation at YogaSix in Norwood. When not on his mat, Harry enjoys visiting new places, going to concerts, spending time with friends & family, and seeing all the world has to offer.
Our Storytelling Philosophy
Storytelling inspires wellness because it engages multiple parts of the brain, such as the sensory, emotional, and cognitive regions. This means that stories can stimulate our listeners' imagination, feelings, and memory, making the message more memorable and impactful. Stories can also create empathy, trust, and rapport between our guests and our audience, as they can relate to certain situations and emotions.
